The people of Garhmukteshwar had long yearned for a convent school in their hometown, and this dream materialized through the resolute efforts of Chief Justice Omprakash Verma, a native of Garhmukteshwar. Inspired by the value-based educational institutions run by religious nuns in Kerala, Chief Justice O.P. Verma reached out to multiple religious orders. Eventually, he sought the support of the Franciscan Clarist Congregation (FCC sisters) to establish a convent school in Garhmukteshwar. His earnest appeal reached the then Mother General Rev.
